She shared two black and white photos of a onesie and a MAMA initial pendant, causing quite a stir on the internet as fans speculate about her relationship status. Ileana previously dated Andrew Kneebone, whom she referred to as her "best hubby ever," but the couple parted ways in 2019. She mentioned in an interview with Pinkvilla that she received support from her family and closest friends during the separation. There have been rumours about Ileana's relationship with Sebastian Laurent Michel, Katrina Kaif's brother, for some time now, with Karan Johar seemingly confirming their relationship during an episode of Koffee with Karan season 7. Ileana was also present at Katrina Kaif's birthday vacation in the Maldives in 2022, along with Katrina's husband Vicky Kaushal, sister, brother, and other friends.
