How I Met Your Mother lead actor Josh Radnor delighted fans by sharing exciting news on his Instagram. On January 6, he married his girlfriend, clinical psychologist Jordana Jacobs. Fans flooded his post with congratulatory comments, recalling memorable moments from the sitcom and expressing joy that Ted had finally found 'The One.'
The Wedding:
Josh shared beautiful snow-covered pictures with his new bride, writing, “I got married! Two weeks ago. In a light blizzard. It was an incredibly overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend.” The Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, New York hosted their wedding amid a snowstorm, with an evening temperature of 20 degrees Fahrenheit (-6 Celsius).
Radnor and Jacobs met at a psychedelic sound meditation retreat in February 2022. Radnor described a moment during the trip when he felt a voice telling him, "That's her. That's your woman." They maintained a close connection after the retreat, sharing thoughts, feelings, and insights, leading to two years of companionship before tying the knot.
During the ceremony, the couple exchanged personalized vows, with Radnor tearing up as he spoke. "I look into the infinity of your green eyes, I know that my not having gotten married until now was not due to some brokenness in me. The truth is, I didn't get married until now because I was waiting for you," he expressed. Radnor concluded his post with a Ted Mosby-esque caption, expressing gratitude to friends and calling Jordana an extraordinary woman.
