Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning served as hosts of the 57th annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville's Bridgestone Arena for the second time. Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, and Female Vocalist of the Year were all won by Lainey Wilson, the singer who received the most nominations of the evening. The New Artist of the Year award went to Jelly Roll.
Other winners included Luke Combs for Single of the Year with "Fast Car," Ashley McBryde for Album of the Year with "Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville," and Jenee Fleenor for Musician of the Year. The Music Video of the Year went to Harry's "Wait in the Truck," featuring Lainey Wilson.
In the categories of Male Vocalist of the Year, Chris Stapleton took home the award, while Old Dominion won Vocal Group of the Year and Brothers Osborne won Vocal Duo of the Year. The Musical Event of the Year went to Harry's "Wait in the Truck," featuring Lainey Wilson.
