A Familiar Scene

In the three-minute trailer, CIA director Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, portrayed by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, is seen enjoying a drink at the top of the Avengers Tower in a familiar bar setting. The bar was last featured in The Avengers (2012), where Tony Stark confronted Loki. Valentina comments, "How crazy is it to think of all the monumental fights that happened exactly here where you're standing?"

While the trailer doesn’t directly confirm that Valentina owns the tower, it strongly suggests she does. The building, which has been up for sale since 2017, was previously shown in Spider-Man: Homecoming, where Tony Stark was in the process of selling it. Fans had long speculated on potential buyers, with names like Norman Osbourne, Reed Richards, Wilson Fisk, and even Victor Von Doom being suggested.

A Symbolic Landmark

The Avengers Tower has been a central location in several MCU films, including the Battle of New York in the first Avengers movie and the Avengers' downtime in Age of Ultron. However, it hasn't appeared prominently since Spider-Man: Homecoming, though it did feature briefly in Avengers: Endgame.
