The upcoming web series "Call Me Bae," directed by Collin D'Cunha has started production and will feature Bollywood sensation Ananya Panday in a leading role. Ananya took to Instagram to share a video of herself with Varun Dhawan and announced the series, writing "Call me a fashionista, call me your new favourite, just 'Call Me Bae'. #CallMeBae New Series, Now Filming!
Ananya will play a fashion expert in the series. On this journey, she tries to overcome stereotypes, negotiates around prejudices and learns about her true self along the way. In the video, Ananya can be seen imparting knowledge to Dhawan regarding the nuances of fashion and couture, showcasing her fashion-forward persona. Fans lauded Ananya's talent and acting skills, while some commented on her charming appearance.
The show will be available soon on Amazon Prime Video. The film "Call Me Bae," is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment and co-produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra, and directed by Collin D'Cunha.
