India Post, Maharashtra Circle, unveiled a Special Postal Cover and Special Cancellation today in Mumbai, honoring 'The Film Heritage Foundation'. The event unfolded at the Philately Bureau, Mumbai GPO, commemorating the Foundation's decade-long contribution to preserving cinematic history.

The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests including the legendary lyricist and poet Shri Gulzar and renowned filmmaker Shri Shyam Benegal, lending a cinematic aura to the occasion. The initiative, led by 'The Film Heritage Foundation', received accolades from dignitaries such as Shri K.K. Sharma, Chief Postmaster General of Maharashtra Postal Circle, and Shri Amitabh Singh, Postmaster General of Mail & BD for Mumbai Region, alongside Shri Abhijeet Bansode, Director of Postal Services (Headquarter). Also in attendance was Shri Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, Director of 'The Film Heritage Foundation'.
