Gowomania, an enterprise that was started by Founder Siya Shaikh on 14th June 2017 along with Senior Core Team Members is now celebrating its 6th anniversary Over the years they have created a strong social media platform where they uplift and empower female entrepreneurs of Goa. They have now uplifted and empowered more than 12k women entrepreneurs.
Gowomania turning 6 calls for a grandeur celebration in which it will be celebrating and saluting all the women entrepreneurs associated with them and chose the platform as their partners in their inspirational journey of standing up on their own.
Gowomania honors their accomplishments as well as the joy of community and sisterhood, valuing the fervor and energy of Goan female entrepreneurs. Gowomania enthusiastically hosted the "6th Edition of Business Awards" in honor of Gowomania’s hard work and perseverance.

Gowomania helped over 5,500 women grow their businesses via offline and online courses, skill development programs, showcasing their ability and area, developing various interstate alliances, and networking domains. Appreciation from numerous venues, such as Times Entrepreneurs of Goa, National Women's Parliament, Goa@60, and others, paved the door for the platform to provide additional value. In order to build a 360° entrepreneurship and leadership orbit for Goan women entrepreneurs, they launched the very first women entrepreneur's business network (WEBN), which boosted the small-scale business of Goan women entrepreneurs.
WEBN increased the potency of Goan female entrepreneurs, setting a milestone of about Rs. 6.25 crore in company value during a four-year period. With this upswing, Gowomania has added another feather to their hat of success: the Goenkart app, which promotes vocals for local and channel Goan items by women entrepreneurs all throughout India.
In order to bring about change from the ground up, Gowomania established the Goa Gowomania Trust in 2021. To influence and educate girls, women from rural regions assist them in taking the lead toward their objectives, goals, and aspirations by providing them with sufficient advice and reliable resources.
This year, Gowomania will recognize women from a variety of fields who are setting an example via their unselfish efforts.
