The 2023 KTM Duke is looking to get launched soon

The KTM 2023 Duke is likely to be launched in November 2023. KTM India continues with its intensive testing of the flagship naked street bike - the 1290 Super Duke. After its recent sighting in India, the 2023 KTM Duke, has been spotted testing again but overseas. A couple of spy shots that have surfaced online show the bike featuring major design changes, changed engine internals and more advanced technology.

KTM DUKE 2023

The upcoming bike has a headlight cowl that appears to be sharper and the tank shrouds also seem to be bigger and exceed the fork’s area. The rear subframe is a totally new unit, very similar to be one seen on the 790/890 Duke. The brake discs, wheels, suspension and swing arm will be the same as the newly launched KTM RC 390 2022. The upcoming 390 Duke, will most likely house the same 373cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor.  The test mules had sensors linked to exhaust headers indicating certain internal changes in its 1,308cc, LC8, V-twin engine. The number plate holder also seems shorter and the rear brake light seems to have been integrated into the turn indicators.

The headlight design seems to have been hollowed out with vertically stacked projector lights while the underpinnings seem to have remained constant.

The bike will be launched in 2023, November internationally once it is fit for the ride. The launch on Indian shores is still a bit distant though.
