Ola's CEO, Bhavesh Agarwal, and Kunal Kamra are in a heated debate. It began with Kamra criticizing Ola Electric’s service, claiming the S1 Scooters' upkeep falls short.
Agarwal retorted, suggesting Kamra's tweet was sponsored. Kamra, however, is open to joining Ola if certain conditions are met, including a 7-day fix guarantee.
If repairs are delayed, Ola must either provide a loaner scooter or compensate Rs. 500 daily. Criticism of Ola Electric’s service is mounting.
